X WEDNESDAY | Week 3 of 4 on the Deadlift endurance cycle. We keep the same concept as last week and again increase the percentages. Next week is next week.

X The skill piece on Tuesdays is a real test of overhead mobility - a DB complex with power snatches, overhead Squats and Squat snatches - with included scaling options

X we start into a new progression this week:

X WEDNESDAY | 4 week Deadlift endurance cycle. The goal for this cycle is to work on deadlift endurance. We will work towards a 20RM in 4 weeks from now

X Outside of that you guys will always still see some weightlifting & skill work each week!

X FRIDAY | Be ready to get after a well known Hero Workout - Hotshots 19!
