What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global indoor fitness race with the exact same format everywhere:

  • Run 1 km

  • Complete a functional workout station

  • Repeat 8 times

That’s 8 km of running + 8 stations in total.
 

The workout stations include:

  1. SkiErg

  2. Sled Push

  3. Sled Pull

  4. Burpee Broad Jumps

  5. Row

  6. Farmer’s Carry

  7. Sandbag Lunges

  8. Wall Balls

It’s measurable, repeatable, and designed for every body — from beginners to elite athletes.
