2 WEEK BREAK FROM STRUCTURED STRENGTH WORK


  • Theis week we will be focusing on more accessory strength work and bodyweight workout sessions in our normal classes.

  • CrossFit athletes - you will get a taste of Fortitude Fitness style workouts and accessory work.
