ongrats to our top 3 boot camp finishers Combined these ladies lost over 15 inches And improved thier baseline workouts by over 8 minutes! They did all of that in just 6 weeks! No tricks, no crazy diets just not giving up and making good choices We will see them again for the next round! Great job ladies and Great job to ALL of our finishers... it was such a great group!
