Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds No Equipment Workout

5 Rounds of: AMRAP 3:00 40 Jumping Jacks or 20 Step Ups 20 Jumping Lunges Max Rounds of: (3 Squats 3 Push Ups 3 Crunches)



Shout out to Luke Brockman! He has been coming v=for almost 2 years 3-4 days a week He recently joined our 6am crew. He has gained strength, skill and we are excited to see what this year will bring.
