1 DB Thruster

2 Box Jumps

3 Burpees

4 Russian KB Swings

5 Air Squats

6 Lunges

7 Ring Rows or DB Row

8 Alt V-Ups

9 Wall Balls

10 Toes to Bar

11 Push Ups

12 DB Snatch

Wear your best Christmas gear!!

Workout is performed like the song-

1 snatch

2 box jumps + 1 snatch

3 burpees + 2 box jumps + 1 snatch

4 pull-ups + 3 burpees + 2 box jumps + 1 snatch
