Strength:

Power snatch

Set 1+2 = 3 reps

Set 3+4 = 2 reps

Set 5+6 = 1 rep


*End your last single at approximately 85% of your 1RM.


Accessory:

1 min pigeon pose (each side)

1 min seated QL stretch (each side)
