Strength Part 2 Front rack Reverse Lunges 2 Sets of 12 @ 49% Percentage based off our 1RM Front Squat.



Conditioning 3 Rounds for times: 100m Run 100m Farmer Carry (DB's 50/35) 100m Run Rest 1:00 between efforts.



Shout out to another one of our 6am crew Mary! She started here over 2 years ago with our Boot Camp. Once Boot Camp was done she dove right into CrossFit and hasn't looked back!
