Conditioning 3 Rounds for times: 100m Run 100m Farmer Carry (DB's 50/35) 100m Run Rest 1:00 between efforts.

Shout out to another one of our 6am crew Mary! She started here over 2 years ago with our Boot Camp. Once Boot Camp was done she dove right into CrossFit and hasn't looked back! She is super strong and always has the best attitude, no matter what. She regularly attends classes 4-5 days a week and has a no excuses motto. Keep pushing Mary!
