100 Jumping Jacks or step ups, 50 crunches, 400m Run

80 Jumping Jacks or step ups, 40 crunches, 400m Run

40 Jumping Jacks or step ups, 20 crunches, 400m Run

20 Jumping Jacks or step ups, 10 crunches, 400m Run

:30s Single Arm Overhead Hold (left)

:30s Single Arm Russian Swings (right)
