2) Strength.

E2MOM12 | 6 sets

Pause Power snatch + Overhead Squat


Sets 1-2: 3 reps of complex

Sets 3-4: 2 reps

Sets 5-6: 1 rep


3) Mobility Homework.

1 min foot smash w/ lacrosse ball (each side)

1 min calf stretch against wall (each side)

1 min foam roll upper back
