Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.
X Third week of our thruster Club in the weightlifting session on Monday. As last week this is the 'main part' of the class. Athletes start to build to a 3RM followed by some intervals
X Third week on the 8-week deadlift cycle on Wednesday - we go a bit heavier than last week, but keep the same format.
