CONGRATS TO EVERYONE LAST WEEK DURING TEST WEEK! THERE WAS A LOT OF WILD ONE PERSONAL RECORDS BEING MADE!


  • These next 2 weeks (until October 4th), you will see the following:

    • no structured strength work

    • longer workouts

    • more coaching time in classes

STRENGTH/CONDITIONING:

  • Power Clean & Jerk

FRIDAY


CONDITIONING:

  • Toe To Bar

  • Overhead Squat
