Here is a Preview of the weeks and what you can expect...
WEEK 0 - She will be figuring out Macros for YOU, getting your first check in measurements, and let her or Coach KP know you would like to pre-order the discount 1st phorm package we will be offering to you. Get invited to the Facebook group and join “myfitnesspal” App! To start the challenge you will be educated on how to measure and track your food.
WEEK 1 - You will be educating on important Vitamins and supplements based on YOUR needs (weight loss, athletic performance etc...
WEEK 2 - We will be going over meal planning and sharing easy go-to recipe
WEEK 3- You will be educated on how and when to eat!
WEEK 4 - How to Grocery Shop... and not get sucked into the junk trap ... PLUS a few "staples"
that are good to have on hand when you are in a pinch
WEEK 5- Re- visit Macros and Goals... are you still on track?
WEEK 6- How not to get stuck ... How to stay on track throughout the year!
PROGRAMMING INFORMATION
Strength Cycle Information
This will be a 9-week cycle, focusing more on the heavier Olympic lifting (Snatch/Clean), looking to lift 3 days a week while mixing in some Jerks, Front Squats, and Deadlifts. We want the focus to be on replicating good quality lifts, rep after rep. The Jerk is separated from the Clean to fixate on one movement at a time.
