Mobility Do 1-2 rounds

1. Puppy Pose: 1 Minute


2. Shoulder to Floor: 1 Minute Each Side


3. Wrist Stretches: 1 Minute


Home Workout "Death by Burpees"

ON THE MINUTE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE

  1. Minute 1 - 5 Burpees Minute 2 - 6 Burpees Minute 3 - 7 Burpees Continue to add (1) rep until you can no longer complete the reps in the minute

*Or see the workout below and do it with an odd object


Home Gym Workout "Death By Devils Press" This can be one with a single DB or double. If using a single alternate each rep You can choose to start with 1 rep and add (1) rep per minute

Or follow the rep scheme above and start with 4 or 5 reps
