As Far as You Can Get in 12 Min 3 Squats 3 Pull Ups or Rows 3 Push Ups 6 Squats 6 Pull Ups or Rows 6 Push Ups 9 Squats 9 Pull Ups or Rows 9 Push Ups ... Keep adding 3 reps of each movement every round until you hit 12 minutes. Cash Out 400M Run
