Conditioning 2 Rounds: 400 Meter Run / Row 20 Single Dumbbell Box Step-ups 400 Meter Run / Row 20 Single Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerks (switch every 5) 400 Meter Run /Row 20 Single Dumbbell Power Snatches (alternating)
