THIS SATURDAY - Christmas Day at Untamed!
We will start off the day with a partner "12 Days Of Christmas" workout!
8am - Beginner Friendly Version!
9am - Advanced Barbell/CrossFit Version!

After that, we will have the following happening until 4pm (Check schedule below):
Hot Chocolate Bar - We will have different flavors of Hot Chocolate K-Cups for our Keurig with goodies to put in to make the the best Hot Chocolate ever!
Food Bank/CFU Silent Auction - We will be running a silent auction to raise money for both the gym and the Food Bank (50/50)
Cookie Bake-Off (part of silent auction) - We will be running a Cookie Bake Off Contest that will be a part of the silent auction, anyone can enter by doing the following below:
Bake 3 dozen cookies - 1 dozen will be for samples, 2 dozen will be auctioned off starting at $1.
Top 3 winners are based on the highest bids.
Winners get a cookie ornament + $$ credit to CFU based on what their cookies bid for (If the highest bid was $20, you get $20 to spend at CFU!)
Food Bank Sh*tty Burpees - Coaches will be performing all burpees for every pound of food we ended up donating to the Food Bank this year!
345 Sh*tty burpees in total (Burpee + Wall Ball = 1 Rep)
Want to help lower the number for your coaches?
There will be a donate bucket for the burpees where every $1 donation = 1 burpee that the coaches don't have to do!
Santa Appearance - Santa's Helpers will be at the gym from 12-2pm. Santa will be played by both or either Haley's husband and Kendra's husband.
Family Friendly Movie - In the afternoon after all the burpees are complete we will finish the silent auction with a movie day starting at 2pm.
The movie we will play is ELF!
Feel free to bring snacks and goodies for yourself and/or for others to share.
We will plan to microwave some popcorn to have for everyone there!

11am-12pm: 0-115 Sh*tty Burpees get completed
12pm-1pm: 115-230 Sh*tty Burpees get completed
Santa will be available from 12pm-2pm!
1pm-2pm: 230-345 Sh*tty Burpees get completed
2pm-330pm: ELF MOVIE
3:30-4pm: Last silent auction bids!
4pm: Silent Auction is closed!
PROGRAMMING INFORMATION
Strength Cycle Information
Our New Cycle started November 29th and will last for 4 weeks (Ending December 20th). This one will be Short and Sweet because we know the holidays get hectic. Our focus will be on two Power Lifts (Back Squat & Shoulder Press) and some Olympic Lifting. This cycle will focus on building the posterior chain, while also training your mindset to embrace the (sometimes) monotonous journey that is strength training. You will notice more core accessory work mixed in and front rack step-ups. Focus on these movements! They are important for building mid line stability and overall leg strength.
