PROGRAMMING INFORMATION

Hi Untamed Team,
we hope you all doing great. As usual this is a brief overview about this weeks training:
CURRENT PROGRESSIONS
MON | We are in week 6 of 8 weeks on the front squat progression. The tester at the end of the progression is a 5RM Front Squat.
TUE | second week on the strict HSPU Progression (for all levels :)). The goal here is to increase capacity (for athletes who already have strict HSPU), to get a first strict HSPU or to develop strength within the positions.
OTHER NOTES
X It is the second Thursday of the month, which means we have another benchmark workout on the menu. This month it is 'The Chief'
