We hope you are all doing great.
Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.
X We are in our third week of an eight week Front Squat progression.
We still work with pauses this week - similar concept to last week, but with less reps and increased percentages
X We are also in the third week of the Monday workout progression
X 3/4 week on the Power Snatch Barbell Cycling progression
X the weekly grinder team workout on Saturday is a bit different to what we usually have and mostly focus on endurance.
