We hope you are all doing great.
Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.
It is test week for two progressions we are currently running:
X MON | Power Clean - athletes try to work up to a heavy 1RM
X WED | our 8 week Deadlift progression comes to an end. We will test the athletes 5RM.
X other than that you will find (crossover) single under in Tuesdays skill session
UPCOMING PROGRESSIONS JUNE:
X TUE | We have a 4 week Skill Progression for the Muscle Up (& scaling variations).
X | A 4 week Push Press Strength Progression where we work on a 5RM - 3RM - 2RM and 1RM over the 4 weeks.
