Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.
X MON | third week on the power clean progression. We keep a similar format but increasing the percentages again. Last set is the core set
X WED | Week 8 on the deadlifts. This is our final week - we will test the athletes 5RM next week
X Next week is already a smaller test week for both the power clean as well as the deadlift.
X FRI | Murph Day!
