We hope you are all doing great.
Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.
PROGRESSIONS MAY:
X MON | Start of a 4 week Power Clean Progression. The goal is to move heavier weight with more efficiency and more power. Over the course of the 4 weeks athletes build in weight over the sets, finishing with a max set of unbroken reps. We will test the athletes 1RM on the 29th of May.
X WED | we keep the Deadlift progression over the next 4 weeks and will test a 5RM on the 31st of May.
X It is time for another Hero Wod. Athletes will complete 'Kalsu' this week
