X TUE | Week 4 of the Toes to bar Progression - be ready to retest 100 For Time next week!

X WED | Week 4/8 on the deadlifts. We will have standard deadlifts with box jumps!

X FRI | Murph is coming! So we are going to attack some Murph Prep for this week's Chipper!
