Here are some notes for the upcoming week:
x MON | fifth week of the back squat endurance cycle. We have two more weeks of building in volume before we max out the 10RM again in week 8
x Thurs | first full week of the month which means it is time for another benchmark. This month we have (freestyle) Diane.
x for both skill parts we focus more on the gymnastics: Wednesday we have a fun gymnastic complex
