We hope you are all doing great.
As always here is a quick overview about the week and current progressions:
X We are in the second week from our 4 week Squat Clean progression which will build up in weight to a 1RM.
X As it is the first Full Week of the month there is another benchmark workout on the menu: Kelly!
X This weeks workouts will have few gymnastic skills involved - wall walks (Monday), Pull-ups & toes-to-bar (Wednesday)
