As always here is a quick overview of the week and upcoming progressions:
X Lots of Power Snatches in Wednesdays's Weightlifting Session - we focus on one lift every 30 seconds with increasing percentages
X On the skill side of things there is a shoulder stability KB complex on Tuesday
X We don't start any new progressions this week. Next week we will start a 20RM Deadlift Cycle on Wednesdays for 4 weeks.
X New Structure with the beginning of the next week until the end of the year.
