X We are in our test week for the squat clean. On Wednesday athletes can attempt a new 1RM Squat Clean
X On Friday athlete can work up to a heavy 3RM Push Press - no need to go for an all time PR here, they just can see what they have in the tank on that specific day
X For the skills we have a bar muscle Up EMOM on Tuesday
