We hope you are all doing great.
As always here is a quick overview of the week and current progressions:
X We start into a 4-week Squat Clean progression which will build up in weight to a 1RM.
X For the skills, athletes will perform kipping HSPU on Tuesday, some jumping skills.
X For the strength pieces we have some odd object work on Monday, a heavier Deadlift workout on Wednesday, and Shoulder Press on Thursday.
