Hello Wild Ones!
We hope you are all doing great. As usual this is a brief overview about this weeks training:
We have a test week and finish the two current progressions.
1) Mondays Front Squat progression > Athletes test their 5RM this week
2) We finish Tuesdays Handstand Push-Up Progression this week
On top of that athletes can work up in weight on two more lifts. The 3RM deadlifts (Wednesday) and Power/Squat Snatch (Thursday- WOD). That doesn't mean that you have to max out all of them and grind through it. You should listen to their bodies and reduce intensity if necessary.
For the next 4 weeks we have a progression for the Squat Clean each Wednesday in the Weightlifting Session. The goal is to establish a new 1RM after the 4 weeks.
