Hi Untamed Team,
We hope you are all doing great. As usual this is a brief overview about this weeks training:
MON | We are in week 7 of 8 weeks on the Front Squat progression. The tester at the end of the progression is a 5RM Front Squat.
TUE | third week on the strict HSPU Progression (for all levels :)). The goal here is to increase capacity (for athletes who already have strict HSPU), to get a first Strict HSPU or to develop strength within the positions.
X we have some heavier Snatches in this weeks & next weeks Weightlifting class
