Hi Untamed Team,
We hope you are all doing great. As usual this is a brief overview about this weeks training:
CURRENT PROGRESSIONS
MON | We keep the front squat progression for 4 more weeks. We will get rid of the pauses and proceed to a regular temp. The tester at the end of the progression is a 5RM Front Squat (14.08).
TUE | We start into a small 4 week strict HSPU Progression (for all levels :)). The goal here is to increase capacity (for athletes who already have strict HSPU), to get a first strict HSPU or to develop strength within the positions.
