Hi Untamed Team,
We hope you are all doing great.
We have a fun week of testing ahead.
1) We are in the last week on the Paused Front Squats. Athletes will build to a heavy paused single of the day. From next week on we start into the second half of the cycle which doesn't include any pauses.
2) We finish the semi-final team event 4 progressions on Monday.
3) We test 'Randy' on Friday, which is a great test and final piece for the barbell cycling progression.
MON | From next week on, we keep the front squat progression for 4 more weeks. We will get rid of the pauses. The tester at the end is a 5RM Front Squat.
TUE | We start into a small 4-week strict HSPU Progression (for all levels :)). The goal here is to increase capacity (for athletes who already have strict HSPU), to get a first strict HSPU, or to develop strength within the positions.
