PROGRAMMING INFORMATION


Cycle Information


Hi Untamed Team,


We hope you are all doing great.

Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.


X We are in our second week of an eight week Front Squat progression.

We still work with pauses this week.

X We also have a 4 week workout progression each Monday > this gives athletes the opportunity to work specifically on a given movement combination

X We tackle another benchmark workout. This week it is Ingrid, which fits perfectly as part of our 4 weeks barbell cycling cycle.

X this weeks skill work is all about the crossovers (Tuesday) If athletes want to work on some high skill movements they can upscale the workout on Wednesday to bar muscle ups and stick with strict handstand push-ups in the workout on Sunday.


As always STAY WILD and have fun with this weeks training!
