Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.


CURRENT PROGRESSIONS JUNE:

X TUE | We start into a 4 week Skill Progression for the muscle up (& scaling variations).

X WED | We also start into a 4 week Push Press Strength Progression next week where we work on a 5RM - 3RM - 2RM and 1RM over the 4 weeks.
