Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.
X MON | Second week on the Power Clean progression. We keep a similar format to last week, but increase the percentages.
X WED | Week 7 on the deadlifts. Two more weeks to go before we max out the 5RM
X WED | We have a challenging EMOM on Wednesday - those EMOMs are a great way for athletes to learn more about their current capacity.
X On the skills side we have Muscle Ups on Tuesday as a workout prep and Rope Climbs on Thursday
