Hi Untamed Team,


We hope you are all doing great.

Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.

As mentioned last week we follow two new progressions


UPCOMING PROGRESSIONS APRIL:

X TUE | we start into a 5-week Toes to bar Progression - the aim is to get used to higher volume and improve the skill itself

X WED | Deadlift progression over the next 8 weeks with a focus on lower intensity and more time under tension (tempo work in combination with explosive movements such as sitting box jumps) - tester will be a 5RM at the end
