Hi Team,


We hope you are all doing great.

Here is a quick overview for the upcoming week.


X MON | Power Snatch Battery work in the weightlifting part

X TUE | We are in the third week of the Toes to bar Progression - the aim is to get used to higher volume and improve the skill itself

X WED | Third week on the deadlifts. We have the same movement pattern as in week one but with slightly heavier percentages

X The Saturdays Partner WOD is quite long (36 minutes of work + rest time)


As always STAY WILD and have fun with this week's training!
