Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.
As mentioned last week we follow two new progressions
UPCOMING PROGRESSIONS APRIL:
X TUE | We are in our second week of the Toe To Bar Progression - the aim is to get used to higher volume and improve the skill itself.
X WED | We are also in the second week of our Deadlift progression! Tester will be a 5RM at the end!
X THUR | Second week of the month - you know the drill! We will be attacking the benchmark Hero workout "Holleyman" this Thursday!
