Hi Untamed Team,
We hope you are all doing great.
Here are some notes for the upcoming week:
x MON - We start into a four week strength progression for the Shoulder Press in combination with double under. We will work on a heavy 8rep/5rep/3rep and 1Rep over the next 4 weeks.
x WED - second week of the Overhead Squat - we keep the same tempo but decrease the number of reps from 4 to 3
x FRI - CrossFit Open is over and we are back to Chipper Friday!
