Here is a quick overview for the upcoming week:


PROGRESSIONS: It is Test Week.

X MON | 1 RM Test Strict Press

X WED | 1 RM Tempo Overhead Squat


UPCOMING PROGRESSIONS APRIL :

X Deadlift progression every Wednesday over the next 8 weeks with a focus on lower intensity and more time under tension (tempo work in combination with explosive movements such as box jumps) - tester will be a 5RM at the end

X we also start into a 5-week Toes to bar Progression every Tuesday
