x MON - Second week of the Shoulder Press. Today Athletes work up in weight to a heavy set of 5 reps.
x WED - We are in the third week on the overhead squats. No tempo work this week!
x THU - is all about high skill gymnastics with muscle up practice & muscle ups in the workout
x SAT - Fitness with Friends! Bring a friend and wear green to enjoy some mimosas after!
