Here are some notes for the upcoming week:
x MON | we retest the 10RM Back Squat
x WED | in the weightlifting session we start into a 5 week overhead Squat progression. We will work a lot with tempo. That tempo work is essential for a strong foundation and great positioning
x next week we will also start into a strict press cycle (Mondays strength part) in combination with double under-skill development
x Third week of the CrossFit open.
