Here are some notes for the upcoming week:
x MON | 7. week of the Back Squat Endurance Cycle. This means it is the last week of the cycle before we max out the 10RM next week.
x The CrossFit Open is in its Second of Three weeks. This is how we include it in the program:
- for the next two Fridays we include the CrossFit Open workout in the class schedule. Bootcamp will still have a Chipper and will be an option to do on your own, off to the side, if you do not want to do the Open Workout.
