Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.


X We are in week 5 on the 8-week deadlift cycle. On Wednesday, we keep the same format for the last three weeks. The core set is still the max set at the end!

X First Full Week of the month - one of the classic benchmarks: Cindy is on the menu this month.
