As always here is a quick overview about the week and current progressions:
1) 2/4 week on the Pulling progression to improve overall capacity. If you did last week's session they can use that as a guide for the overall volume!
2) 2/4 week on the Push Jerk strength progression. We build towards a new 1RM over the next 4 weeks.
