Cycle Information


Hi Untamed Team,


We hope you all are doing great!

Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.


X We are in week 7 on the 8 week deadlift cycle on Wednesday. It is the last heavy week before we retest the 3RM next Wednesday

X On the skill side we have kipping handstand push-ups on Tuesday and Single arm DB Overhead squats on Thursday. Both are pretty challenging exercises but nice to tackle them in a separate skill session.
