As always here is a quick overview about the week and current progressions:

We are in a small test week for our two running progressions this week:

1) We test the athletes Pull-up capacity in an EMOM x 10 MIN

2) We test the athletes 1RM Push Jerk


As always, Stay Wild & have fun with this weeks training!
