We hope you all doing great.
Here is a quick overview about the week and current progressions:
1) 3/4 week on the Pull-up progression with the goal to improve overall capacity. We again slightly increase the volume this week
2) 3/4 week on the Push Jerk strength progression. We test the athletes 1RM Push Jerk next week
3) Great snatch session on Monday to dial in the movement pattern & muscle memory of the snatch!
