We hope you all doing great.
As always here is a quick overview about the week and upcoming progressions:
1 ) MON - second week on the 'weightlifting under fatigue' cycle: we will practice some heavier loads on the power cleans with elevated heart rate!
2) WED - last week we started into a shorter 4 week Back Squat cycle - the goal here is to work towards a 1RM by the end of the cycle.
3) FRI - Second Friday of the month means a new hero workout in the program. This months choice 'Jenny'
