Cycle Information


Hi Untamed Team!


We hope you all doing great.

As always here is a quick overview about the week and upcoming progressions:


1 ) MON - third week of our 'weightlifting under fatigue' Progression: This week athletes work up in weight to 90%

2) WED - we are in week 3/4 on the Back Squat cycle - the goal here is to work towards a 1RM by the end of the cycle!

3) TUES & THURS - on the skill side of things, Tuesday & Thursday will have some gymnastic work and pressing strength.

4) SAT - NO CLASS! Come watch The Wild One Throwdown!

*Working on any "pulling" gymnastics movement you need to work on!
